Ms. U.K. Gayathri is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an LLB from Osmania University. With over 7 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property law, and compliance, she serves as a consultant to several companies. Her primary focus is on matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Additionally, she is a registered Independent Director under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and currently serves as a Women Director on the boards of MIC Electronics Limited and Aga Publications Limited in Hyderabad.
